Angela DePaoli is a multi-award winning entrepreneur. Honored with the Latina Excellence in Business Award in 2015, recipient of the Woman on the Way Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners in 2016 and winner of the Small Business Award from the Federal Small Business Administration as the Woman-Owned Business of the Year in 2017, Angela is a powerful entrepreneur and speaker who is an advocate for women’s advancement.
In 2012, she founded Bargas Environmental Consulting, LLC, a multi-faceted biological consulting firm specializing in the analysis of natural resources, cultural resources, regulatory permitting and project management services which has a staff who provide services throughout California.
Angela is dedicated to practicing and teaching inspirational leadership with a particular focus on women and minority professionals. As an entrepreneur coach, Angela works with women to empower them to grow their business presence and establish themselves as leaders in their communities.
Beyond her drive for excellence, Angela mentors and leads other women entrepreneurs serving as the President of the Sacramento Valley Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), a member of the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
A graduate of the University of California at Davis, Angela earned a Bachelor of Science in Soil and Water Science and a Master of Science in Soil Science, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a trained coach.
